What payment methods does RunningDirect accept?

We accept payment by all major debit cards/credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay and Shop Pay where available.

How do I place an order online?

To purchase from the RunningDirect online shop. Simply browse through our large range of cricket gear on our easy to use website. When you see something that you would like to purchase from RunningDirect, select the appropriate size and quantity then click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will save what you have selected while you continue to shop. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click on the 'checkout' button at the top of the page. You should then verify that the items in your basket are correct. If you are ready to buy you will need to enter your billing and delivery details, and finally your payment details.

Once this process is complete you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

Do the prices on RunningDirect include VAT?

Yes, the prices include VAT where applicable.

What are the delivery costs?
We aim to ship orders by the end of the next working day at the latest.

Under certain circumstances, the final courier used may change, however, the service used will never be a downgraded option.

Are all sizes displayed on the site UK sizes?

Yes, all shoes are sold in UK sizes. Please see relevant size guides for conversions to local sizes when required.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 3PM Mon-Friday are expected to be dispatched on the same day.

Which couriers do you use?

UK Domestic: Royal Mail and DPD.

International: UPS, Fedex & DHL.

What happens if no one is at the delivery address when you try to deliver?

If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery date, collect the parcel in person or if they will attempt delivery the following day.

How do I return an unwanted item for refund or exchange?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure that the items are returned in their original packaging.

To a Store Bring your items and proof of purchase into store within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 30 days, when you can either exchange your items or take a Gift Card to the value of your items.

By Post Please send your return by post or courier within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Or within 30 days, when we will refund you with an eVoucher to the value of your items.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@runningdirect.co.uk. If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to return an item, please return it in it’s original condition, this includes any tags and manufactuers packaging, undamaged & unused. 

Some items are excluded from returns unless faulty. This includes: Gifts cards, perishable items with an expiry date, personalised products & unsealed undergarments such as compression gear. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please note, refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Exchanges will be sent to the original delivery address unless communicated in writing from the email address used to make the order. We aim to complete returns within 3-5 working days, but this may take up to working 14 days during busy periods.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What to do if I have received an item which is incorrect or damaged?

In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect or damaged item in your order, please contact Customer Services on01727 736962 or email us on team@runningdirect.co.uk as soon as possible.
